Good questions.
Straight answers.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Peak dates — Saturdays in season, holidays, quinceañera and wedding weekends — book out well ahead. A few weeks' notice is usually workable for other dates, but if your date is fixed, lock it in early. If your event is soon, reach out anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it happen.
How does the deposit work?
A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date — no booth is reserved without one. The remaining balance is due before the event. Your quote will spell out the exact terms for your booking.
How long does setup take?
We arrive well before your start time — typically 60 to 90 minutes ahead — so the booth is lit, tested, and ready before the first guest walks in. Setup and breakdown never cut into your rental time.
How much space and power do you need?
The 360 booth is happiest with about a 10 × 10 ft area so guests can gather safely around the platform. The stationary booth needs roughly 8 × 8 ft, or 10 × 10 ft with a backdrop. Both need one standard 120V outlet within about 25 feet. The roaming booth needs nothing at all — it's battery powered and fully mobile.
Is an attendant included?
Always. Every booking includes a professional attendant who runs the booth from setup to breakdown, keeps the line moving, and makes sure guests actually get their photos and videos.
Can the booths go outdoors?
Yes, with the right conditions: level ground, overhead cover, and access to power. South Florida weather is part of the plan — for outdoor events we'll talk through shade, wind, and a backup spot indoors so the booth keeps running no matter what the afternoon does.
How do guests get their photos and videos?
Instantly. Stills print on the spot at the stationary booth, and everything — photos and slow-motion 360 videos — is delivered straight to guests' phones via AirDrop, QR code, or text before they walk away. You'll also receive the full event gallery afterward.
Do you travel outside Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach?
The tri-county area is home turf, but we take events beyond it case by case. Tell us where and when in the quote form and we'll confirm availability and any travel considerations for your date.
Can you brand the booth for a corporate event?
That's one of our favorite jobs. Custom overlays, branded print templates, and start screens built around your logo and campaign — so every photo a guest shares carries your brand with it. Send us your brand guidelines and we'll design around them.
